We went to Chick-fil-a to celebrate the day. Big Spenders!!! If we wore our favorite team shirts we each got a free sandwich. Well of course, it was a fight between The University of Oklahoma and The University of Texas in our home. Savannah, Olivia, my mom, my sister, and myself all sported OU shirts, but Tim and my step-dad wore their Texas stuff. It was a lot of fun. Plus, all five of us only ate for $5.oo what a deal. It was great getting to hang-out with my family and catching up with them.
The rest of the day was labor free. Tim has worked so hard on the house, he just rested. It was a wonderful day of family time.
